Coyhaique > Puerto Guadel – 288km
February 2, 2015
We were on the road by about 8:30 and did about 100km of pavement before hitting the gravel road. By the end of the day, I had come to a conclusion about gravel roads – I like tarseal
Everything that could shake and rattle did so today, both bike and body. But…some beautiful scenery along the journey
The road wound around Lago General Carrera (called Buenos Aires on the Argentina side). The colour of the water ranges from deep sapphire blue, to bright teal, to turquoise – just beautiful
The road
We took a boat trip out to the Capilla de Marmol – marble caves
Is starting to get cooler as we move further south, but blessed with clear blue skies.

Awsome photos
Thx :). And yet they never do justice to what we actually are seeing. Did Mike get my email from Santiago to adgas?
