People live in the middle of nowhere – mailboxes at the end of a country road.
There are LOTS of trees in Canada – this is fairly typical of what we have seen today, trees as far as you can see.
Charlie got hit by a good sized bird today and it splattered guts and berries all over the side of his bike.
Saturday night in Hazelton. The BBQ is going in the background, everyone brings their own chairs to catch up while they eat and listen to these musos play. Great atmosphere. The guy who owns the place is an Australian who moved here 22 years ago.
A good easy day’s ride, temperatures a bit cooler averaging about 18. We try to be settled into our accommodation each day by about 4:00pm
